2021 Catching up – Already

The wedding celebrations have started again! Yea! We are so glad for all of our brides and grooms who can finally have the special day they had planned. Here are some of what we had the pleasure of being part of.

1-16-21 Racheal and Andrew

Ceremony and Reception were held at the Pittsburgh Airport Marriott. Even though it was chilly and brisk, Hannah Barlow Photography was able to capture some stunning pictures, including “First Look” pictures.

3-6-21 Christena and Michael

Our March 6th couple had a very downsized wedding at St. Phillips Church in Crafton – followed by a family style dinner at the Pittsburgh Airport Marriott. Shown here is the brides bouquet and our bridesmaid bouquet as well as the flower hoop we designed for the flower girl. We will be joyfully celebrating in 2022 with a large reception on this same weekend.

3-27-21 Shalya and Zack

Shalya and Zack tied the knot at St John the Baptist Church (Monaca, Pa) – finally! (Their wedding was postponed from June 2020). Shalya loved Callas! Her Bouquet included white mini callas, 2 kinds of white roses and white Lisanthsis. Our Bridesmaids carried 2 large full-size callas in a presentation style bouquet. The groom and his men wore a single white mini calla. Low centerpieces, which included green/yellow/peach/white flowers adorned the guest tables at the reception.

3-27-21 Courtney and Brad

Courtney and Brad proved that perseverance pays off! Originally scheduled to be married on 4-24-20, the wedding was postponed to 7-17-20. When restrictions were still tight and unbending, the wedding was again postponed to 3-27-21! The third date was the charm.

Oh and did we mention that they also had to change churches because their original church was closed about a month before the wedding?

Courtney’s favorite flower is peonies. We were able to get them and include them in the bridal bouquet and the bridesmaids bouquets. (The bouquets smelled wonderful!) The blush pink color, worn by her bridesmaids, was carried into the reception centerpieces also, with white Hydrangea and blush pink roses.

Wow – it has been a busy and exciting few months. We were glad to be a part of all of these weddings. We look forward to helping many more brides and grooms going forward in 2021!

(Our April catch-up will be posted in a few days).

Congratulation and Best Wishes to all!
