Dear Cheryl,
I would have sent a thank you card via snail mail, however time is not my friend.
Thank you ever so much for going above and beyond the call of duty with my order.
I still have not found out what happened, that is, as to why someone was not at the building to accept the flowers as arranged, I only know that your company did more than anyone could expect to get those flowers delivered!
For this assist, for you Professionalism, for your kindness and compassion in understanding the time sensitivity involved, for your follow up on my humble order and for being the best you, you can be, I thank you and I thank you before GOD as well!!
Your staffer who started to assist me with my original questions before I placed the order was equally remarkable. How does one express the unexpressive? These are not JUST flowers. I am so glad that you and your company get that!

Hi Cheryl:
Just wanted to let you know how excited I was when I saw the floral arrangements for the tables. They were absolutely gorgeous. Everyone at the dinner commented on them as well. You really did a great job and we appreciate all your efforts. Unfortunately, the staff at the hotel misplaced the arrangements after we dropped them off at the front desk Friday evening. They could not be located, so we did not use them for the Sunday morning brunch. I had wanted to give them to a few of my relatives to take home, but at least they provided some white lilies for the tables, so it worked out ok.
The wedding flower bouquets were beautiful as well and really looked perfect with the bridesmaid dresses.
Thank you for doing such an outstanding job! Hope you have a great summer.
