Hotel Monaco- Grand Beginnings!

Hotel Monaco-Pittsburgh. The newest addition to the Kimpton Boutique Hotel Group, hosted it’s very first wedding on 2-28-15.

The hotel is located just across the street from the newly renovated Mellon Park.

Kimpton Hotels are an eclectic mix of bold colors and unusual things. Birdcages hung on a wall as art; chandeliers covered in flowered garlands; black and with checkerboard floors; bold teal doors; a Mona Lisa painting that is half covered with teal paint.

Our wedding was a smaller, more intimate affair.  Michelle’s sparkling backless bejeweled gown was a perfect fit at Hotel Monaco.  The teal bridesmaids dresses certainly complimented all of the decor.

All in all, a wonderful way to kick off the 2015 wedding season!!
